At Sands, we work to save babies' lives and ensure that, when a baby does die, anyone affected gets the support and care they need.

Sands saves babies' lives through by putting the voices of bereaved parents at the heart of our work to improve maternity safety and best practice.

We support anyone who has been affected by the death of a baby before, during or shortly after birth. We provide emotional support and information right from the early hours after a baby's death, through to the weeks, months and years ahead.
