We provide specialist care to patients and families across east Kent.

Our vision for hospice care is that everyone should have access to the services they need to cope with illness that cannot be cured and make the most of the time they have.

Pilgrims Hospices in East Kent is a registered charity and offer our services free of charge.

A hospice is not just a building, it is a way of caring for people.

At Pilgrims Hospices we aim to improve the lives of people with any life-limiting illness, providing pain relief and helping them live well before they die.

• Our care covers physical needs, and looks after emotional, spiritual and social needs. You don’t have to cope alone.

• We need over £17 million a year to cover the costs of care for our patients and their loved ones ensuring local people living with terminal illness are able to access the extraordinary care and comfort they require where and when it is needed.
