About Us

Contact is a national charity supporting families with disabled children across the UK. We support families with guidance and information, peer-networks and the skills, support and campaigns to improve life for themselves and others. Contact has been supporting families with disabled children across the UK for over 40 years. Last year we helped 291,000 families with information, advice, and support. This included parents engaged through workshops, information and drop-in sessions and parents supported through our helpline.

Our work helps families to take control of their situation and deal with the challenges they face. We ensure families can focus on what’s always most important – being together and growing together as a family.

Fledglings helps children and adults with additional needs by supplying products and equipment that help with everyday challenges. Fledglings provides a trusted environment to find the right solutions and allow people to connect and share their experiences.
